Add Scheduling

  1. Access the Scheduling Section: Click on "Add" in the "Scheduling" section on your Profile page.

  2. Enable Leapon Scheduling: In this section, use the toggle button to enable Leapon Scheduling.

  3. Connect with Google Calendar:

    • Access Calendar Tab:

      • Click on the "Calendar" tab within the Scheduling section.

    • Add Google Calendar:

      • Click on the "Add Google Calendar" button.

      • Follow the prompts to log in to your Google account and authorize access.

  4. Insert Personal Meeting Link

    • Access Meeting Link Tab:

      • Click on the "Meeting Link" tab.

    • Enter Meeting Link URL:

      • Depending on the platform you use for online meetings (e.g., Zoom), enter your personal meeting link URL in the provided field.

      • Save the URL to ensure it is linked to your scheduling system.

  5. Add Availability

    • Access Availability Tab:

      • Click on the "Availability" tab.

    • Select Working Days and Hours:

      • Choose the days you are available for meetings.

      • Set your working hours for each selected day.

    • Set Meeting Duration:

      • Specify the duration for your meetings (e.g., 15, 30, 45 minutes, 1 hour).

      • Save your availability settings to update your schedule.

  6. Verify CTA on Profile Page:

    • Once all settings are saved, a "Book an appointment" CTA will automatically be created on your profile page.

    • This CTA will allow clients and prospects to easily schedule appointments with you based on your set availability.
