Resetting Your Leapon Password

If you've forgotten your password or simply want to update it for security reasons, resetting your Leapon profile password is a quick and easy process.

Steps to Reset Your Password:

1. Access the Reset Password Option:

   • Click on the menu icon.

   • From the list, select "Reset Password."

2. Receive OTP:

   • After selecting "Reset Password," an OTP will be sent to your registered email address.

   • Check your email inbox for the OTP. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

3. Verify Your Email:

   • Enter the OTP received in your email into the designated field on the Leapon platform.

   • Click "Continue" to proceed.

4. Set Up a New Password:

   • Once your OTP is verified, you will be prompted to enter a new password.

   • Enter your new password and confirm it by re-entering it in the confirmation field.

   • Click "Continue" to finalize the change.
